Electric strike plate BIRA flat · 250 × 25 × 3 mm

Electric strike plate BIRA flat is a mounting plate for fitting an electric strike into the door frame. It has a flat design and is universal, so it suits both left- and right-hand doors.

It is made of galvanised steel in silver, so it stays rigid even after frequent opening and holds the electric strike firmly in place.

The plate is 250 mm long, 25 mm wide and 3 mm thick. A 74 × 13 mm opening takes the lock latch, and the screw holes sit at the ends of the plate and 52 mm apart for the electric strike.

The plate is universal for the BIRA electric strikes in our range – both the standard and the MINI (XS) series – because the strike is fixed behind the plate. The plate is fixed to the door frame with 2 screws through countersunk holes at its ends, and the electric strike is fixed to the plate with 2 screws through holes 52 mm apart; a cut-out for the body of the electric strike has to be made in the door frame. Only the plate is supplied: the electric strike and the mounting screws are bought separately.
