Description
The concealed hinge JNF 3D IN.05.064 (Coplan 120 series) is an invisible hinge by the Portuguese manufacturer JNF. It cannot be seen when the door is closed and is universal for left or right doors.
According to the manufacturer's data sheet, the hinge body is made of zinc alloy and painted. It is available in grey, black and white.
The hinge adjusts in three directions – height, width and depth (±1 mm, ±1 mm and ±2 mm according to the data sheet). The minimum door thickness is 36 mm and the recommended maximum opening angle is 120°. According to the data sheet, 3 hinges carry doors up to 80 kg without a door closer (100,000 cycles) or up to 60 kg with a door closer (200,000 cycles), and 2 hinges up to 50 kg without a door closer (100,000 cycles). Door closers with a hold-open function are not recommended.
Package: 1 3D hinge, 4 fixing screws, 4 plastic covers and an Allen key for adjustment. The hinge is fitted into a routed recess in the door leaf and frame.
