VDC cylinder Titan K5 for add-on lock 784

The VDC cylinder Titan K5 is intended for the Titan 784 and 784V add-on locks. Its quality nickel-plated body and precise manufacture make it a medium-security cylinder with excellent value for money.

The cylinder housing and the rose are made of nickel-plated zinc alloy and the core of nickel-plated brass. The pins are steel, the springs are of special bronze wire and the keys are of nickel-plated brass. Precise finishing lets the key slide smoothly into the cylinder.

The key is reversible, with recesses along the profile, so it can be inserted either way round. The mechanism offers 100,000 locking combinations with 10 elements, 5 active spring-loaded pins and 5 vertical control pins, so the cylinder resists pin pushing, raking, drilling of the body and core (hardened pins) and bumping.

The cylinder is supplied with 6 keys, a bolt bar, a rose and 2 steel fixing screws; additional keys can be ordered.
