Description
The Rustic window stay Desmond has an antique design that gives windows and shutters an authentic rustic look. It is ideal for wine cellars, traditional houses and holiday homes and, depending on the interior style, also suits living spaces.
The stay is made of iron and painted black, which gives it its antique, rustic character. The bar ends in a decorative scroll, and the 2 identical keepers supplied are plates with an upright pin that the hole in the bar drops over. The stay itself is 254 mm long, or 278 mm in total with the bracket screwed to the frame.
It holds a window or shutter in a set position – depending on how it is mounted – and is intended for elements that open outwards.
It is mounted with the black rustic screws supplied and can be repainted with paint intended for metal.
