Mortise lock AGB Mediana nickel · key, cylinder or WC

The Mortise lock AGB Mediana nickel is a mortise lock for interior wooden doors by the Italian manufacturer AGB, available in key, profile cylinder and WC versions.

The case and the faceplate are made of steel and the central latch of polyamide; AGB states increased corrosion resistance for this range. The polyamide latch ensures exceptionally quiet closing while keeping the reliability and strength of classic AGB locks. The finish is nickel-plated.

The patented QUICK LATCH® system reverses the latch in a few seconds, so the same lock serves left-hand and right-hand doors. The handle movement for opening and closing is reduced to 30°, and even when the bolt is locked the handle can be pressed freely, which avoids damage from unintentional forcing. The lock was tested over more than 500,000 opening and closing cycles and stayed fully functional.

The pack contains the lock; the strike plate is bought separately.
